Southampton Football Club est un club de football fondé en 1885 évoluant dans le championnat d'Angleterre de football.
Repères historiques
Fondé en 1885, le club devient professionnel en 1894 et rejoint le League en 1920. Membre de la Southern League entre 1894 et 1920. A sa fondation, le club a pour nom « Southampton St-Mary's », et devient Southampton FC en 1897.
Les Saints évoluèrent longtemps (1898-2001) au stade "The Dell". Ils ont déménagé pendant l'été 2001 pour évoluer au moderne St-Mary's Stadium.
